In order to create the job aid on the left, "Cleaning the Soft Serve Machine," I consulted with a subject matter expert at a local restaurant. After the SME walked me through the cleaning steps, I designed this poster to assist new employees in remembering the mode of operations for cleaning the soft serve machine.
